Malaysian band The Strollers consisted of Michael Magness, Billy Chang, the late Nand Kumar and brothers Hassan & Hussein Idris. The band had two songwriters in Billy and Nand. Unlike other Asian bands, The Strollers had strong original compositions. Their sound was heavily organized around Michael Magness’s keyboards. Stylistically they were part prog-rock and part hard rock, however this single is more on the bubble-gum side and includes 4 cover songs (from Lobo, Middle of the Road, The Sweet and Tom Jones; respectfully).
